الفقر آفة حقيقية تفتك بالإنسان الذي كرمه الله تعالى على كافة مخلوقاته الأخرى، حيث وهبه العقل، والروح، والموارد الطبيعية، غير أن الطبائع الأنانية لبعض البشر الذين امتلكوا القوة، والمال، والعلم، والنفوذ جعلتهم يستأثرون بهذا التكريم لأنفسهم دوناً عن الآخرين، فطغوا على إخوانهم من بني آدم، مما أدى إلى انتشار الحروب، والفقر، والمجاعات، والفساد حول العالم، فلم تعد هناك بقعة من العالم خالية من هذه الآفات المهلكة. يتسبب الفقر بإحداث العديد من المشكلات للإنسان، ولعلَّ أبرز هذه المشاكل عدم قدرته على تلبية احتياجاته ومتطلباته الأساسية، من غذاء، وملبس، ومسكن، وما إلى ذلك، فيصير مضطراً إلى انتهاج أساليب لا تليق بإنسانية الإنسان، مما يؤدي إلى تسرع الآخرين ممن ينظرون إليه إلى الحكم عليه بالإجرام، والانحطاط، وهذه النظرة تتسم بالقصور في أغلب الأحيان، فمن يطلقون الأحكام جزافاً لم يجربوا الظروف ذاتها التي مر الفقير بها، ولم يتخيلوا أن رغيف الخبز قد يتسبب في قضِّ مضجع الملايين حول العالم.

أسباب الفقر حول العالم:
1- غياب القيم الروحية عن العالم واستبدالها بالقيم المادية، مما أدى إلى غياب التراحم والتكافل بين الناس، فالقيم الروحية تتعارض على الدوام مع المصالح البشرية النابعة من الأنانية المحضة، والتي حتماً ستفضي إن استوغلت في قلوب البشر وعقولهم إلى كوارث لا تحمد عقباها، ومن هنا فإن هذا السبب قد يكون مصدر الأسباب الأخرى إما بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة.

The poverty is a real scourge which destroys the human who is honored by Allah comparing to other creatures. Allah honored the human with mind, spirit and the natural resources. But the selfish natures of some people who have the strength, money, knowledge and influence made them exploit these things wrongly instead of sharing them with others. This resulted into the spread of wars, poverty, starvation and the corruption around the world. All the countries around the world are affected by the selfish natures. The poverty leads to many issues to the human. The most difficult issue is that when the human cannot meet their basic needs. In this case, others believe that those who cannot meet their basic needs, are criminals and low. Not all the people believe the same, only those who judge randomly, never experienced such hard conditions which the poor people experienced and they never believed that one loaf of bread might haunt millions of people around the world.

The reasons of the poverty around the world.

The absence of the spiritual values in the world, which are replaced with worldly ones, resulted into the absence of the compassion and the solidarity among the people. The spiritual values run counter to the humanitarian interests which originate from the mere selfishness, which will definitely lead to dire consequences if it gets embedded in the minds and the hearts of the people. Finally, the absence of the spiritual values might be a source for other reasons directly or indirectly.
The reasons of the poverty around the world.

مشكلة الترجمة أنَّها حرفية وبما أنَّنا نسعى في الترجمة إلى إيصال معنى، فهذا يؤدي بالنتيجة إلى أنَّنا نحمل رسالة إلى القارئ الإنجليزي. يقرؤها القارئ الإنجليزي فيربطها مع خبرته. فإذا لم يجد في خبرته ما له علاقة بالنص الذي أحضرناه إليه فلن يفهم شيئاً.

لو قال أحدهم لي مثلاً: رأيت الفيل الطائر في أعماق البحر.
هذه العبارة لا يمكن فهمها بالعربية لأنَّ خبرتنا عن العالم أن الفيل لا يطير وأنَّ المخلوقات تغوص في البحر ولا تطير فيه وأنها أصلاً تموت إن كانت مخلوقات هوائية. وهنا، ينكسر معيار الصدق في الجملة فتوحي لنا أنَّ الكاتب يريد معنى مجازياً منها.

عندما قلت
human who is honored by Allah هذه ترتبط بذاكرتنا نحن في أن الله كرّم بني آدم. أما القارئ الأجنبي فلن يفهم شيئاً لأنَّ خبرته وذاكرته تقول له الإنسان حيوان مثل بقية الحيوانات! لذلك لا بد من التحرر في الترجمة شئنا أم أبينا.

سأعود لك بالاقتراحات فيما بعد إن شاء الله.

No country is immune from the harm that such stingy selfish people bring about.

في الواقع الخطأ من عندي. عندما أختار النصوص، اختارها عشوائياً دون مراجعة. لم يخطر ببالي أن يكون هذا النص مزعجأً للترجمة. سالتني عن الحل وهو بسيط. في مثل هذا النص نتحدث إلى العميل ونتشاور معه في طريقة الترجمة. ثم نبحث في الإنجليزية عن أقرب العبارات التي تعبر عن الأفكار. كما أخبرتك في الفيديو، هذه الترجمة تتطلب الترجمة الحرة وهي من الأشياء التي يصعب إتقانها صراحةً. بخصوص ملحوظتك عن أن المنظمة التي تعمل بها ينظرون إليك على أنك المترجم رقم 1 فهذا لا أستغرب منه. في العادة عندما يعطون هذا الرأي فمعنى ذلك أنك تشتغل بتعب وجهد وإتقان في عملك. ما تحتاج إليه الآن توسيع قراءتك ودراسة الترجمة من الواقع العملي. وسيحتاج ذلك إلى الوقت لان إتقان الترجمة = خبرة تراكمية.

The management science is one of the modern humanitarian sciences. It maintains the business in the institutions professionally. It can be defined as a set of scientific principles and rules which appropriately use the resources of the institutions for achieving the goal of institution in less time, effort and cost. Concept of management science focuses on directing efforts of group of workers in the public or private institutions specifically to achieve specific goals related to citizens’ services and achieve the public policies of state in public companies or to earn profit in the private institutions. Achieving those goals helps use material and humanitarian resources properly and provide suitable climate for work and product. The definitions of management differs in its definitions and aspects but all its definitions are common in some aspects. Most importantly, the management focuses on directing and motivating the efforts of humanitarian and material resources for achieving specific goals. It is a permanent not temporary process. Management exists as long as the institution exists. Process partially includes the planning and prospective forecast on the mission level, including the challenges that the instituting might face. Management partially involves the planning and prospective prediction in addition to what the institution might face, taking the necessary precautions toward the challenges and dynamics. Management includes the achievement of the goals of the institution in terms of achieving abundance of new product in less effort and cost.

للأسف، لا يوجد للقائد تعريف على مقاس واحد يناسب الجميع بوضوح. بعض الناس يعتقدون أن القيادة تعني توجيه الآخرين لإنجاز مهمة معينة، بينما يعتقد البعض الآخر أنه يعني تحفيز أعضاء فريقك ليكونوا أفضل صورة لذواتهم، ولكن قد تختلف التعاريف، فتبقى المشاعر العامة نفسها: القادة هم الأشخاص الذين يعرفون كيفية تحقيق الأهداف، وإلهام الناس على طول الطريق.

ويستطيع المدير الاستراتيجي الناجح أن يتخذ القرارت الصائبة التي تعود بالمنفعة على العمل في الشركة أو المنظمة، وذلك من خلال الفهم الصحيح لظروفها وموقفها، وتحليل بيئتها الداخلية والخارجية، والعمل على طرح الحلول والبدائل الملائمة، والتعامل السليم مع المخاطر التي قد تعترض عملها، ويكون مرناً وقادراً على التعامل السليم مع كافة المتغيرات التي تطرأ على العمل، سواء في السوق أو غيره، كما ويكون حريصاً على تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من كافة الفرص المتاحة والتي من شأنها أنّ تخدم الشركة

Unfortunately, there is no definite definition for the leader. Some people believe that the leader is the one who gives instructions to others to perform certain task, while others believe that the real leader is the one who motivates his team members to take out the best of them. However, leaders are those who know how to achieve goals, inspiring people indefinitely.
Strategic leaders concentrate on internal business pertaining to private companies and provide requirements. This guarantees the workflow professionally and make them example to their colleagues in addition to making them famous in the organizations which they are working for. This way may affect their times when supervising the external business. They shall delegate their internal business to some of their colleagues who rely on, and they shall follow up on them to create balancing between achieving of the external commercial business and organizing the internal business in the organizations that they are working for. The strategic leader has the privilege of putting the special strategies pertaining to the work of the company and works on developing it continuously until he/she gets them done.

The strategic successful leader can take right decisions which benefit the business in organization or company by understanding its conditions and situation, analyzing its internal and external environment, submitting solutions and alternative, dealing with risks which might intercept its business properly, be able and flexible to deal with all issues which might arise during the work, whether they are in the market or out of it, and he should be careful in achieving the maximum advantage for all the available chances which benefit the company.
