النص الأولقال متخصصون في شأن النقل إن دمج مؤسسات القطاع يجب أن يركز على تحسين الأداء في القطاع عموما، أكثر منهخفض النفقات الجارية فيه، مع ضرورة تقييم للقيمة المضافة للمؤسسات التي يتم دمجها.وضمت الحكومة ضمن الحزمة الثانية من خطة التحفيز الاقتصادي مؤسسة الخط الحديدي الحجازي، ودائرة الأرصاد الجوي كمديريات في وزارة النقل مع دراسة لدمج جميع الهيئات المنظمة لقطاع النقل في هيئة واحدة، حيث تشمل هذه الهيئات كل من هيئة تنظيم النقل البري، والهيئة البحرية الأردنية، وهيئة تنظيم الطيران المدني.في الوقت ذاته قال رئيس الوزراء د.عمر الرزاز في المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عقد أمس للإعلان عن هذه الحزمة، أن الحكومة ستقدم خطة واضحة للنقل العام.وقال وزير تطوير القطاع العام الأسبق ماهر مدادحة، إن الدمج أو نقل المهام في مختلف الهيئات والمؤسسات المستقلة عموما، يجب أن يكون مبنيا على دراسة وخطة استراتيجية، تشمل ايضا كيفية التصرف بالكادر البشريالنص الثانيصدر البيان عن الممثلة العليا للاتحاد الأوروبي للشؤون الخارجية والسياسة الأمنية ، في أعقاب إعلان واشنطن أنها “لن تعتبر المستوطنات الإسرائيلية في الضفة الغربية مخالفة للقانون الدولي”.ودعا البيان، “إسرائيل” إلى إنهاء جميع أنشطتها الاستيطانية، في إطار التزاماتها كقوة محتلة.وأكد البيان على استمرار الاتحاد في دعم مبدأ حل الدولتين، بعدِّه الحل الوحيد القادر على الاستجابة لتطلعات الطرفين المشروعة -

A merger of transport institutions should concentrate more on boosting the sector’s performance than on cutting on current expenses, transport specialists say, stressing the need for the merged institutions to add value.
The government has already added to the second package of its economic motivation plan the Hijzai Rail Corporation and the Meteorological Department as new departments under the Ministry of Transport, and is considering a merger into one body all transport regulatory commissions, which currently include the Land Transportation Regularity Commission, the Jordanian Sea Commission and the Jordanian Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission.
The intended merge was announced yesterday in a press conference where Prime Minister *** Omar Al Razzas pledged his cabinet to present a clear plan for the transport sector.
However, the merger, or redelegation of tasks of the various autonomous bodies and institutions should be pursued based on a study and strategic plan that specifically clarifies how human resources are to be handled, according to former Public Sector Reform Minister Maher Madadha,

The European Union will not consider Israeli settlement in the West Bank to be in violation of the international law, says the EU Higher Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy in a statement issued in the wake of Washington Declaration.
The statement, though, called on Israel to end all of its settlement activities, as required by its obligations as an occupying state.
The statement stressed the EU’s continuous support of the two-state solution as the only solution that can meet the legitimate expectations of the two sides.
