If you have a document and its translation and need to have them both rewritten in TMX format, let us know. Try to find DOC versions of the source and target, but even if you find only PDF scanned copies, just suggest to us those files. The next step is for us to put the files that you need on the waiting list. We will then 1) send them to a typesetter to re-type the whole documents (she will charge us for that) 2) send the final files to volunteers who will work on the alignment.
After the TMX is prepared, we will ask for donations to cover the expenses. Once the expenses are paid off, we will publish the TMX for free accessibility and move on to another one.
Everyone is encouraged, though, to help us with TMX building for free. This is a voluntary translation community, you know.
