    The management process is essentially a process of coordinating and directing individuals and groups' efforts to achieve certain objectives. Many of the management scholars believe that the management problem nowadays is the communications problem, i.e., the problem of provision of data and information necessary for the management process. They also confirm that information creates the connection, followed by taking decisions including the supervision, therefore, it is one of the most important means of management to achieve the foundation's objectives.

    The availability of correct and proper information at the right time is one of the elements of modern management and its movements which is primarily based on the movement of information and communication technology which recently appeared, following World War II, and evolved in the 1960s. Due to that rapid development, the nature of management has changed. The objective of the management was to set goals for workers to achieve, set rules and regulations to follow, design a top to bottom "hierarchism", set controls and inspect implementation.

    While today's goal of management is to provoke the enthusiasm of workers, allow their innovative capabilities, search for future visions and common hopes, and form common values and convictions that give them wide powers to adapt to contemporary conditions.

    The aim of this movement is to reduce uncertainty as much as possible, through the analysis if elements effecting decisions, the design of systems and taking advantage of computers and the means of information circulation and processing. If information is incomplete, inappropriate, and relatively old, the value of the managerial decisions based on it, will lose its meaning and essence.
