Suggestions for our community?

The community of the forums must grow, but not unchecked. I installed a paid subscription mechanism to deter spammers and other useless people. People can still join the forums through a referral system, whereby an existing member refers his friends to us. We want to grow but not at the expense of quality. This is not a place where people get into the habit of disseminating links and resources. We do accept people to post rare resources but not excessively. Our intention is to initiate a genuine discussion on translation issues.

We need members to be leaders and to initiative their own discussions on their own.

Any suggestion?
