Solved: Error in recognising srt files

When you try to import captions to your video, your video editor may not recognize the file even if it were in srt format.

The reason, in some cases, is that there are certain hidden codes not recognized by the editor.

Solution:
Upload the srt file to this converter

https://toolslick.com/conversion/subtitle/vtt-to-srt

Then convert it back to srt and download it. This should solve the problem.
